The Zero Tension Mouse can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund less shipping costs. A restocking fee of $10.00 may apply to your return. Please visit our web site and look under “Warranty Information” for details on returning your product. Returns beyond the 14 days will only be accepted if the product is defective as outlined in the terms of the warranty below.

The warranty period for the ZTMouse is for a period of 6 months after the date of purchase from our website www.zerotensionmouse.com. The ZTMouse must be installed and used properly to qualify for the warranty.  If the ZTMouse is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit at our option.  (NOTE:  This warranty applies only to ZTMice purchased from http://www.zerotensionmouse.com and may differ from warranty policies of our Distributors.)

This warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under various jurisdictions’ law, apply only to the original purchaser.

ALL product returns or defective product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the shipment box, otherwise it will be refused by the receiver. Please call 1.414.434.1022 or email cksorders@aol.com to request your RMA number.
